Adam Lyons

Adam Lyons (also known as AFC AdamLondon) is a British relationship and dating coach. He is regarded as Europe's leading expert on attraction in the seduction community, and has been awarded the title of the second best pick up artist in the world according to Thundercat[1].

Voted least likely to ever get a girlfriend in school by his classmates when he was 15[2], Lyons was an unlikely candidate for becoming the first 'British Hitch'[3].
As a teenager, he'd been a self-confessed nerd, obsessed with Star Wars, Star Trek and especially the role-playing and strategy game Dungeons and Dragons.[4] His passion for video games later turned into a career when he worked on Gamezville as the marketing and PR manager[5].
Studying psychology at university gave him a unique insight into seduction, and how attraction precisely worked. When Lyons was introduced to the seduction community by reading The Game, he took to it like a duck to water. Using insights from psychology like social proof, Lyons pioneered new theories that have led to his widespread success.
In 2007, Lyons was featured in a Channel 4 documentary entitled The Rules Of Seduction[6]. This film examined the activity of the seduction community in Britain, and explored Lyons and his ability to handle intimacy. This is also an example of the vast amount of media attention Lyons has attracted, having been featured in The Independent[7], thelondonpaper[8], FHM, Arena, The Mirror[9], Fox News[10], Maxim, Kerrang and numerous other publications and television programs.

Adam Lyons has broadened the seduction community's view of what game is. His concept of Metagame has brought him particular attention as it has widened the scope of seduction theories. Metagame is also an example of Lyons incorporating concepts from more rigorous sciences like mathematics and biology, and bringing them into the field of the psychology of attraction to develop highly effective methods of seduction.
Social proof is another concept that he exploits thoroughly in his method. Although social proof is not a new concept, its importance in social interactions, and its power over attraction was not fully realized until Lyons explained it. Taking off from social proof, Lyons developed one of his most famous innovations within the seduction community- Entourage Game.
Entourage Game relies on extreme preselection to generate attraction with minimal effort. By modeling the entourages of celebrities and the culture of VIP clubs, Lyons created a system for single guys to go out and surround themselves with beautiful women, and then incorporate them into their lives.
Perhaps Lyons' most significant achievement to date is his formula for attraction[11]:
(C - R) + Q + SE = A
which translates as:
(Comfort - Rapport) + Qualification + Sexual Escalation = Attraction
Lyons' research in psychological journals, and his experience as a dating coach have led him to develop this unique formula explaining what produces attraction. This mathematical precision is what has given Lyons the edge over other dating coaches as he can deconstruct a social situation in scientific terms and advise students on what they need to do.

Adam Lyons has spoken at the Real Man Conference[12] in Amsterdam and the Global PUA Summit[13] in California.
Lyons currently works with PUA Training, and also runs his own company called Attraction Explained.
