Wayne "Juggler" Elise was a pioneer in the men's movement that became known as the Community or also known as the Seduction Community. He has been an author, performer and been called a commercial pick-up artist,[1][2] although he rejects the title of pick up artist. He has stated that he simply enjoys conversation and the process of meeting people.
He was in a committed, married relationship until separating and divorcing from his wife Marie in March 2009. In recent years he has focused on teaching broader conversation skills to men and women for personal and business success.
He is a notable character in, and author of a chapter of the New York Times best-selling book The Game.[3] He also appeared at a function to help promote the release.[4] His company is called Charisma Arts[5] (formerly Charisma Sciences).
Elise was the second guru (after Mystery)[6] to hold "in-field" workshops for men looking to improve their skills with women, where men are taken out and encouraged to approach women, in order that their actions may be analysed and corrected. Elise focuses on genuinely connecting with people, rather than the use of canned material or routines, in order to demonstrate qualities to a woman, get physical, generate fun and laughter, and better understand a woman's world. In a podcast on his website he described his job as 'teaching the science of charisma'.
Elise has written for magazines Esquire and Blender, and been a blog writer for Psychology Today
Before 2000 Elise made his living as a Busker primarily as a Juggler and Escape Artist. He also performed stand-up.[7]

His work is featured on a 2006 Channel 4 reality program on British TV called Seduction School: Size Doesn't Matter.[8][9] The programme, which was broadcast on 3 August, was watched by 1.7 million viewers in the U.K. Elise is also listed as a Producer on the program.
He, along with his assistant Johnny Savior were guests on the British TV program Ready Steady Cook in December 2006.
Wayne and Johnny appeared on the short lived US Bravo Channel reality TV program Welcome to the Parker Welcome to the Parker
He is featured in one episode of SexTV : Charmed and Dangerous: Training the Modern Casanova/A Moment with... Ian Kerner.[10]
